According to them they have stated the booking but certificated sold on first day.
Now in market dealers are selling them around 58k. Is it good to buy this certificate from market. Want to know about about Citi Housing repute from senior members.

City Housing society is sister concern of BT and they are en cashing the greed of ppls all over Pakistan...Since BT themselves cannot go to small cities this Kaare Khair done by his son in law.....
Be aware and away from any of BT future projects until you have something solid in your hands....
And how can you buy plot if they still not announced location?? All in air and if they flee with all to Karachi who will cover you?

Yes i have heard something like you have mentioned in your post,just was confirming .
You are right as we were hearing about BT launch rumers in faisalabad as well in march this year but now they have backup(my guess)and giving chance to CITI housing.
@BT stucked in Khi for long like US engaged in Kabul cannot get rid of it and feeling shame and trying to get lame excuses to go back....
So very careful to invest in Khi or any other future projects of BT unless you have courage to wait for decades for profit return or get back your own hard earn money...
