Kindly advise me;
1) What is the best time (days/month), to start initial painting on newly build house?
2) Is it good idea to apply first coat with white wash (chunna)?
3) Any restriction on weather, as my location is Multan City, and water level is very near to soil?
4) Which company is best to buy paints?
