This relates to my grandfather property which is a house. He has five children, two sons and three daughters. My father, was fourth in number but was the first one to leave for heavenly abode. His elder brother has only one daughter, and the two elder sisters were without children. So i am the only male offspring from the five children of my grandfather. Now the elder brother of my father has died, and he got the grandfather property in his name after the death of my father. I want to know whether i can claim inheritance from my uncle’s property-he being without any male heir. Does the fact that my father died before him affects the inheritance question as per pakistani laws?
