Alhamduillah my father is alive but our story is really complicated so pls help accordingly. We were 5 sisters and my father has given each of his three daughters a flat as dowry. To one daughter he gave cash amount for buying flat herself and to another he gave no money because she is well settled in usa. My mother passed away and my father got married for second time. From this wife he has two sons (one his own and one is from her first marriage) and a daughter. They live in a flat that’s double to what he gave us. The issue is that all of the flats that he gave his daughters are in his name. My father is 74 yrs old and active. My question is what happens in case of his death? God forbid. Will we be able to keep our properties or will they all be distributed equally?
