Anybody got recent info regarding G-13 and current rates then do share it please.

What I know about g13 is that the price of 25x40 sized plot is around 6.5 to 7 Million. Prices of bigger sized plots are quite high (not sure about the exact prices for the bigger plots). G13 is considered good for investment as well as if you want to construct your house right away after buying the plot. If you plan to live there, you will have to compromise on standard of living. With Kashmir Highway expansion project in progress, its price is expected to rise with time. Hope this helps. Cheers

Prices will increase more in G-13.
G13/1, Street#113, Plot# 26, street corner final 61 lac
is it justified ?
It is fair price.
Nothing is under 60 lacs now.below average plot is also going above 60 lacs now.
@ xahid plot # 26 street 113 has a draw back as well cuz its facing secondary school.
Seems reasonable price to me. I recently checked prices of two plots in g13/1 and was given final price of 63 Lakhs for both.
G-13 prices have lot of room to grow. It has to match with G-11 at least, if not with I-8.
Kashmir highway still not inaugrated nd the prices are touching the sky.
@ NR sb…Sir g-14/4 ka rate bhi g-13 kay saath hee chalta hai…There must be some increase in the prices of g-14/4 as well…

Sir I was getting some +ve news about FGEHF regarding appointment of new DG and Secretary few months back but nothing changed even after....
nowadays FGEHF is making all record "computerized" by scanning files (the only "progress")
may they put some spark in G14(whole) as well to get some earning by transfer of plots

@Saadi this time we are seeing a disconnect.It was a case where by all Sectors of G14/13 used to move simultaneously but not anymore.Good luck to G13 though.
@Xahid Bhai, True no transfers going on in G14,talked to somebody about progress and he said..it may take couple of months more as computerisation of data is progressing very slow due to Power loadshedding:))
@ NR…Sir i am only including g-14/4 which is ready to construct and its rates goes hand in hand with g-13…There was a difference of 5 lacs always between a g-13 and g-14/4 25x40 sized plot…The plot which has gained 5 lacs in g-13 has also gained 5 lacs in g-14./4.
@saadi .what about D12 .does price increase in G13 making a positive impact on D12 as well becuz D12 remains the only other option in ZONE1 after G13 nd G14\4
G13 riding the high horse .
G-13 is the best investment rite now, rates will increase more.
