I was planning to set up a small industrial unit in islamabad in coming two years. I was thinking to buy a plot in under development industrial estate that will be ready in coming two to three years. I require a plot of around two to three kanal.
Some body suggested me tese two option
1) hattar industrial estate
2) rawat industrial estste
Kindly advise considering factors like availability of electricity water and road access.
