Stay away to D block.Don't believe to third class management who always give lollipop.
In my opinion E is good option.E block is clear,save,good access and with possession.

Ali if u r doing investment for 2 to 3 years, than E Block is good for risk free investment… In this range you could get some good location plot with possession…

Stay away from D block brother, go for E block, rates are good nowadays and they will increase soon.

In 18-20 lac budget you may buy a good location Plot in Block E of B-17 with ready possession. Plots are ready for construction in Block E.
Dealers are more active because very less sell purchase in Multi projects.
Nobody ready to trust to Multi management and Multi projects.Same plots was 2.5 to 3 million in 2013 and now prices are down but still investors are afraid to enter in Multi.

In my opinion it's the best time to invest in B-17 because prices are very low.

Thanks all gurus for a piece of guidance.
One thing I need to ask, is it better to invest in non-developed area because people say that when it get developed and possession given then its rate increase, and otherwise for developed land/plot with possession already on higher side and so profit margin reduce.
Does this theory apply to Block-D and Block-E? or here scenario is different ?

@Ali, what you described is true for making profit between buying developed and non-developed land; but there is definitely more risk with chances of more profit and most people don't want that risk especially when our real estate developers have no ethical or moral standards and there is no effective regulation from our corrupt governments. Having said that, there could be some who are willing to take the higher risk for greater returns. In my opinion that kind of investment is for people with lots of real on-ground knowledge and on-ground presence, and who can afford to lose money as well. I myself can only see people doing that when they're using others' money for investment because hardly anyone wants to risk their own money esp. If it is hard-earned halal money, not at least knowingly although we all do and have made mistakes with lesser knowledge. Exceptions are of course always there. This is my view, others will hopefully comment too

You can take the risk with non-developed area if the land is cleared and in possession of society. For that you need to have knowledge about the area, you cann't only trust the dealers...
So, better to stay safe and with less profit margin opt for developed plots...
