I want to sale my house in Askari 2 Sector B but I don’t know what is the actual price there I contacted real estate agents but everyone has its own price please help and reply urgently or tell me some trusted real estate number.

Brother go to some local dealers and ask them that you want to purcahse a house in the same locality you are selling…then ask them the exact and adjacent street nos. That do they have any house in this vicinity…the rate they quote is the rate of your house…ask 2/3 people…then give an add in Newspaper and demand 10 lacs above the price the dealers quoted you, you will get cash offer.

I went to some dealers and i have tried this trick but the dealers are saying 20 to 30 lacks above but when i say i want to sell it they say that its not of that much money i have tried giving ad in olx bolee and zameen.com but when people call they say that price is not that much…so what is the price i am confused

Brother remember a famous quotation "the price of gold lies with jeweler"

let the genuine buyer come your way , and you well be relieved,,

besides recognize the facts,

ask from the dealers the reason of low price, and then analyse those points yourself, while placing yourself in buyer place,,

i hope it will be easy then,,

Give an add in Jang newspaper and wait for the genuine buyer.

Plus, you should be very much aware of the fair price of your house as people in close vicinity also will be selling homes, ask them the rates...

I have sold a few plots/properties through classified ad in jang and news. Its good if u manage good. Genuine buyers take time but do come finally.

Also be sure that your expectation is right sized.

Promote your property online and ads in newspapers. It will be more useful because most of the times dealers give you minimum rate and make a deal either at very low. So, try at your own level and you will find good rate in near future. I am an architect and if you want construction then I can help you out in it but big projects like minimum 1 Kanal.

The price of the property is what someone is willing to pay for it. It is not what someone says it is worth.

Only owner know the price of his property , hi man , few things keep in mind now a days there are few real investors in market , even homes are tough to sale but do not fell pray of some opportunist, as you know property prices increase a lot in past , first find out plot value right now and than it depend on your construction , per square feet , old home ,new ,material , calculate worth of construction of present and add few lacs on it in demand if house is 5 years old or more minus 1% of total construction cost multiply by year . For example i have home in dha ,plot of 1 kanal is lets say 1.50 crore , construction 6 year old ,double story,proper design,ventilated,a + material , total sq feet lets say 3000* cost(2500 per sq feet ) = 75 lac + 1.50 crore(plot)+ 15 lac(hard work + profit )= 240 lac now 6 year means 1 year above 5 year - 1% of home value 2,3760000 approximately.
