1-can you please put some light on how good is islamabad model town project?
2- between bahria enclave sector k or m and islamabad model town which one is better to go far?

IMT suits those who missed the PVC or BE. It seems a promising project but possession 5 Marlas start to touch 30+ and in that case I say BE Sector I (40 LAC avg.) is still lights years ahead and will be far better than IMT in any case.
To me the attraction in IMT is their 3.5 Marla inclusive of development charges for 20 Lakh, on installments Approx.
The limitation I see is access to IMT. Though it is a possibility that IMT may get access from PVC.
Thanks for your reply. I came to know that IMT 10 Marla residential is 65 lac and if you pay lumsum then with 10% discount it ll cost 62 lac. On the other side Sector M 10 Marla residential is around 70-75 lac. And some one told Sector K in plot cutting stage and can get 10 Marla around 50 lac. I don’t know about Sector I. How much 10 Marla in Sector I?
It depends on type of investment, whether to buy and construct to live or plot-based investments.
I think for the later, 5 Marlas suits best. I have mostly 5, 8 Marla I am not sure about 10 Marla. Heard that Sector O in BE got the land and it may see big jumps.
However, back to main point: IMT seems good but NOC, Access are big questions marks to invest 60+ lakh! Though 3 Marla deal seems interesting from an investment point of view.
BT or PVC can sustain a no NOC, IMT may not be able to do it at same level ...
BE sector k is better but the price has already increased there recently.
