Hello there i am invoice in the field of real estate . I wanted to know few things regarding Bahria Town & DHA City . which areas are better to buy if one plans to buy small plot in these 2 schemes. Which precinct is better? How do they calculate what is current value of plot. I have seen people asking 2 lacs plus 12 installments paid, while someone was asking 35 lacs plus 12 installmetns paid … What is basic difference between balloted & non balloted plot files ? If plot is non-balloted then how come some one can own that plot? Are there small ready to live options available in Bahria Town Karachi or DHA City? Which agents are authorised to deal in these 2 schemes ? Like most trustworthy names? Please consider these questions coming from younger brother who has no knowledge about real estate property… Would appreciate your guidance. Do tell me if someone wants to buy 125 or 250 sq yards plot or villa which is best ? Also tell me how is Bahria Sports City?

the major difference b/w balloted vs un-balloted is that balloted plots have assigned precinct and plot number and latter type have neither precinct nor plot number assigned yet thus the risks are higher, therefore, lower in price.
