Impact of lahore ring road on fazaia-1 plots

I understand that lahore ring road(lrr) will be passing thru fazaia housing scheme-1 lahore. People are saying that plots near to lrr would be at comparative price disadvantage comparad against plot at a distance from lrr. My question is what would you consider nearer i.E. Say plots in street no. 1 of f or c block or street 4 of e block would be considered nearer tyo lrr or would they be ok.
