Hi everyone - I've been looking into housing schemes offering installment plans but I'm not sure if they are legal. Currently in Lahore, Park View Villas (also know as Rivers Edge Housing Scheme) has been marketing their scheme across the city.
I came across a link dated almost a year ago which provides a list of illegal housing schemes and it mentioned Park View Villas as being one of the unapproved schemes by LDA. Here is the link for reference:

Is this still true or has the scheme now been approved by LDA?
