Why IEP Town, Defence Raod is low selling price scheme?
IEP town is a good scheme due to its low price. It has the basic infrastructure. However, prices are low because of lack of direct approach. Its main entrance is through Defence Road and you have to come through Valencia or Raiwind Road or Kahna.
