My questions is, is it good to invest in ichs.
They have all nocs, they are advertising new blocks as well.
But not a single house is in there.
I have visited society office and met a director of society, he is saying that they will give possession very soon to phase 1 (ichs town).
Anyone holding investment in ichs / reviews of this society please?
