If my bank gives me 9%. And on plots I get 12% on yearly basis.
I need more like 18% in a year.
For Example, if I invest `50 lac, I get 10 lac of ROI in a year.

--You are in Pakistan
--You have time and courage to do house construction on your own
--Be able to fit in your tight construction time schedule
-- Be honest in construction. Buyer cannot be made fool. Tell them each thing in black & white.
--Have another plot/resources readily available to continue your business.
-- Sell the house and you can get what you want for sure.
-- Plot investment is not promising now a days!
-- Honesty in construction speaks itself, you do not have to advertise.
It is better to go for some undeveloped society whose development could start in near future. It will surly give you good return. For example last month one of my friend bought 1 Kanal file in NHA housing society adjacent to DHA5 in 27 Lacs. Today development started and now the rate of 1 Kanal file is around 35 Lacs. It will continue to improve in next of couple of years.
