You can consider the following, the numbers are priority wise.
1) one plot of size one kanal in dha phase-2
2) two plots of size 50*90 in f-17 t&t
3) two plots of size 60*90 in d-18 echs
4) You can consider g-13, g-15 , e-16, e-17, b-17 and d-17 as well.
Better to break in parts. Invest in small plots 2 3 diff societies reason being if you stuck in one other will gv you good profit.

If you see on ground every thing is slow down in property specially in islamabad. I dont know about Lahore property.The boom of property has over. Personnly i dont expect huge increase in next 6 month.So my advise (You may not agree) either increase your investment time frame or wait for suitable time for good return.Why i am saying all these because in 06 months time not any big project will complete in Islamabad.
6 months time span is too low for investment in Real Estate.
Invest in B-17, Top City, Bahria Enclave 1, Bahria Phase 8, and DHA 2, G-13 only.
Let me try to give something for 6 months.
75x120 plot in CDECHS or the other option in same is go for the auction for commercial plot in Cabinet.
D-17 5 kanal farm house might fall in your budget but nothing to expect from D-17 in 6 months. You have to give it a reasonable time.
6 months is too less for good returns from property under normal circumstances. You need to give it at least an year for some return.
