I suggest u Raiwind road is best opportunity to invest and gain good return in short trim especially in Lake city, Bahria Orchard, AWT and private commercial land. Lahore ring road and Alternate road for Raiwind is going to constructing and Raiwind road is near to completion. Many other positive activities are seen in these localities.

Lahore is currently most attractive city of Pakistan in terms of Property Investment. But what attracts more to investors is Return on Investment (ROI).
I will prefer and suggest the area of Mominpura (Ring Road) for investment. Right now the ROI which is proved to my other investors is around 25-40% which is very high as compared to DHA and Bahria where ROI is merely 1-2%.

Sultan sahib u can buy 8m in j,g,h blocks… But if you increase ur budgt upto 2.8 milion thn a 8m d block… It will be very good for invstmnt. There is also a deal of installmnt plot in d block price 30 lac to 32 lac. 10 lac dwnpaymnt rest in 18 mnths that is also worth buying but that should be for 1 yr plus or 2 yrs
