If G-13 is rising, what is the impact on G-15/F-15? Because if G-13 becomes out of reach for any person, his next choice is to go to G-15 at 3km distance and facilities available. So there should be a direct relationship in prices of G-15 and G-13. G-15/16 access on Kashmir Highway is also approved.
If there is petrol in the land of G-13, then there should at least be mitti ka tael in land of G-15?
By the way, I just rang up the guy whose number is listed on the ad. He explained that it was a typo, and that he was actually looking at 10.8 million (10,800,000).

Sir rates are high in g-13…A good 30x60 is 110 plus and a really excellent for 118 to 125…

Nice post. Indeed this underground oil is not static and keeps changing its location. The winner is the one who gusses it right. So, despit the typo, it is G13, 14 for sure.
Can we say that if G13 prices are increasing then there might be a chance of next price increment in D12 becuz if G13 prices would be out of reach for people then there second option would be D12 as it would be their only option to have a possesion plot in ZONE 1
Last week, My friend sold his 35x70 plot in G-13/2 for 1.40 crores…
