I just bought a house for 27 lac in friends colony misriyal road. House is single storey 3 marla, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and a kitchen, no water issue have electricity and gas. I have bought it for long term investment and will give it on the rent. Do you think is it a good investment? Will i have the value of money in the future? Thanks!

The aea is good as far as access is concerned.
Before access was pathetic. One Marla is 5 to 6 lacs but it is big Marla: 272-1/4 sq ft.
My family house is on 6 Marla, double story, a servant quarter at 3rd floor.
Just to get an idea, once we wanted to sell and it was easy to sell at 75 lacs.
Gas pressure will never ever come down due to the SCO being very close.
The access to I-series sectors, en route GT road has changed the area dramatically

RRR access in future will further boost the whole area around Misrial road.
