Dear all,
Why is it that in every second post the members swear that;" i am not a dealor".
Is being dealer an abuse or what.
In this country people think every one else is a cheat.A doctor who works hard and hard for tens of years, spends lacs of rupees to gain qualification and expertise, when charges a decent fee is called a butcher.
Why?
You are right, the general perception build up here is that only those who aren't dealers can offer the forum members some sincere advice while rest of every one would only work to generate more leads.
What's wrong in helping the asker with the information he requires? And later, if he chooses to have his property deal materialize through you, you certainly earned it.
By the way, why would i spend my time and energy on something that promises me no returns? Also, only dealers can give you such discrete information about the property sector.
Why do you wanna be someone you are not?
Why don't you wanna be known as someone you chose to be?
Woh kehtay hein na k “Bad se badnaam bura”…
No it is called CHOOR KI DAHREE(beard) MAIN TINKA
FAKAT AAP KA APNA
CRORE PATTI
I think property dealing is a decent work and if you do with honesty and hard work, you can earn lot of money and regards out of it. Unfortunately, many people in this business are doing unethical things to earn lot of money quickly, that’s why when someone tells you “I am a property dealer”, you suddenly go to sort of “be careful” behaviour mode.
Dealers and used car sales men have the reputation of the dredges of society. Some of them deserve it, while others are just caught up in the same barrel as the bad apples.
Totally agree with Malik Sb and Khan007 Sb...
This is unfortunate but this is the bitter truth...
So, i would say "PAAS KER YA BARDASHAT KER"...
Regards
I am agreed with Malik Majeed sab.
Spot ON Samra !!
This is Dilemma here. People use this forum as a learning tool and go to the market of uneducated, lethal rather brutal chunk of so called property experts !!
Anyways this is part of the business and one should remember "What's written in your fate you will get at whatever time is decided by the Creator."
One should give a fair and unbiased advise and give the margin to other contributors for disagreement.
There is no harm in being a "Dealor" , but one should have the Grip on the subject. Honk on every thread "Peep Peep Paa Paa" sounds unprofessional.
Cheers
I think we are mis-interpreting the statement "I am not a dealer". To me, this statement clarifies one's position as "unbiased", because to us, a dealer or investor tends to have vested interest and can possibly give biased opinion.
Secondly, there is nothing wrong with a ligit profession. It is just that in this land of pure, we don't mind lying. Something that is unacceptable in other societies, specially in the west. In here, I have seen doctors, engineers, teachers, shopkeepers, property dealers, all lying and giving biased opinion. One of the reasons is that regulatory mechanisms are weak.
So, in Pakistan, our first instinctive response to anyone's opinion or statement is .... "he must be lying"!
