I’am buying flat in Moalimabad Co Operative Housing Society in PECHS Block 3 Karachi. My state agent checked the ban list in Jamshed Town Karachi and its cleared. My 6th sense is saying not to trust the agent. According to my agent checking ban list is enough and forcing me to pay remaining amount asap. This is my first deal and I don’t want to be get fraud.
