I-16 islamabad

I am not from islamabad. So dont know dynamics of islamabad real estate market.

My question is about i-16 . Is it right time to invest in i-16 now. Please islamabad guru's tell me about i-16

1. 1-2 year
2. 4-5 year

Any positive or negitive points about i-16.

It is very much the right time to go for I-16. It will have two major road connections as per official plans.

Hi Pakistani - 1, Could you pls share further about these road plans? Is it going to be linked to Kashmir Highway after its extension to new airport. I personally visited I-16 some days back and found its land very solid. I feel the future of I-16 is even better when compared with I-14, major is issue is rad access not sure how much time it is going to take to give this road access to I-16.

If you would like to have a piece of land at low rates in a proper cda sector, then I-16 will meet your needs. The location is normal, the quality of development is good, Expected return say for Medium term investment is good but for long term investment is very good. There were some issues with water supply and sui gas but all is taken care of by CDA.

2 i-16 plans have been added in CDA budget for this year

1.Landscaping of Markaz in Sector I-16

2.Rehabilitation of Link Road from I-14 to I-16

I have only heard about one major road connections added to official plans but thats a long shot.

It's good,safe and low budget investment.Last year 5 marla was 16 to 19 and now 19 to 26 lakh and very sure it will rise further.

So which one should I choose from I 16 and G 14/2 & 3 for a 30x60 medium term investment? 2 to 3 years period. Do you think G 14/2 & 3 will have possession in 2 to 3 years?

I would go with G-14/3, but keep in mind 5 years…

Then why not I 16 which has possession and, in my opinion, construction is expected to pick up after August 17?

I-16 is 100 time better than non possession area.Very sure prices will more rise after new Airport.

Please compare the prices in last one year.Please check one by one page and don't forget the date.For gamblers G-14 is good but the people who have hard earned money then I-16 is best in low budget.

I think i used wrong word gambler so sorry for those who invested in G-14.It may take long term for good return.Ground reality is with I-16 because of possession and already start construction.2 to 3 million investment with CDA tag not a bad option.
