A place quite affordable at the moment with electricity and gas already available with out about 40 to 50 houses completed or under construction. 10mins drive from saddar rawalpindi and 15 from zero point.

Yes it is a CDA sector with prices of 25x50 between 19-25 lacs and 30x60 between 23-45 lacs with its own police station under construction along with PHA flats being constructed at a good pace. Electricity and Gas is already available.

Yes it is a fully developed sector with already 40+ houses under construction and all plots are ready for construction and all streets are 40 feet+. And you will find no other CDA sector which is fully developed such cheap.
Are the prices expected to increase in near future in I 16 and is any road to the new airport going to pass through I 16?

There was a plan to build a road in 2014 but latter it was shredded and Kashmir highway was preferred over this route as government was not having right of way.
Yes ofcourse the prices are going to increase as they are already at the bottom and there no way to go but up. And what i think is in the near future the societies on kashmir highway along with h-16,i-16 will get access from kashmir highway.
Rightly said prices are very low at the moment best time to invest as prices are stagnant since last 2 years or so.
More than 2 years coz I bought a plot before almost 3 years, and it's still the same price.
I think airport gonna be an important factor in picking up construction activity.
