How is i-15 sector if you want to invest for 2 years…? What are other sectors you can get if you want to invest 2.5 million for a period of two years…?

@ kami2k..This soon of cda will never going to happen with in next decade.
It doesn’t matter development will start or not, CDA prices will always up, you check and tell me which cda sector prices decline over time.
Don't go for I-15. Rather you should buy in I-16. It is a bit far as compared to I-14 but the surroundings, environment of I-16 sector are serene and beautiful.
If I-16 is out of your budget then I will very strongly recommend FOECHS which is right next to I-16 and has good development standard, gas approval, house-to-house water supply (soon there will be no need for boring) electricity from IESCO grid station and elite community of foreign office diplomats and staff.
Price is much cheaper as compared to I-16.

@ kami 2k…Brother I-15 prices are not increasing even at exchange rate. CDA plots does not mean that its a gold mine.All cda plots are not good to invest.
Prices will be jump in I-15 check out
Islamabad: February 24, 2015 Capital Development Authority is holding balloting of plots in sector I-15 for low paid citizens in lieu of residential flats and new plots. Balloting date, procedure to submit application and prices of the plots will be announced in next few days through national press and CDA website.

I am totally agree with Paki1 that I-16 is much better than I-15.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.
