I-14 vs g-15 which is best for investment

I need some guidance regarding purchase of a plot in islamabad. My budget is around 8 million. A few days ago i visited sector i-14, met with many dealers and surveyed area. The prices of 30x60 plots opposite markaz are around 6 million and plots of same size on double road are around 5.5 million. Same size plots in other areas of i-14 are about 4-4.5 million.

I also intend to visit g-15 in next 2-3 days. I need advice that which sector (i-14 vs g-15) should i choose for investment for next 1-2 years.

I-14 is a proper cda sector but your visit must have shown you it does not look like a cda sector. The land is also extremely uneven.

Both have a excellent location but G-15/F-15 is more populated and has better land, better access and better development.

Both will be close to roads going to airport. One is touching Kashmir Highway while the other will touch a new road being planned through Haji Camp.

G 15 is better for now as it is already populated with markaz and lot of people living there.

Yes agreed, yesterday visited g-15, it is much populated and developed sector than i-14, no comparison. In G-15 30-60 plots are available in G-15/4 & G-15/1 areas. G-15/4 is a depression land with one main nallah running near plots which may be a problem in future for these plots.

G-15/1 plots are on higher level and much better than g-15/4. The prices of these plots range from 5.2 to 5.8 million. I am also thinking of buying 30-60 plot in G-15/1. Before making a decision, need comments of the experts.
