I-14 CDA Islamabad

Have anyone idea about i-14, how many houses constructed in this sector. Thanks

I visited I-14 more then 1 year back and it was 25% populated. Things were shaping up very good. The road network however was poor. But overall it looked very promising and has access to GT road. I think Water/electricity is provided. Gas was in the pipe line. Don’t know the latest update.

I visited I-14 couple of weeks ago, I-14/4 and I-14/3 both are good. In these two sub-sectors i think more about 200 houses are constructed are in progress.

I-14/4 is best in all of them. It has two access.

1: Main Hajicamp road

2: Koh Noor Mill road

3: Bhata Chok you can easily enter in Rawalpindi

Although infrastructure is bad but no body care. Mostly people who are seeking for home have there plots so it will be populated very soon.

Gas is still in the pipe line…haven’t came out of the pipeline

What are the current rate in this area?

Thanks Usman and Ali for the update. I’m glad i listened to my dealer and bought a plot at I-14/4. It is 9 marla corner behind main blvd. And cost was 60 lac. Don’t know how much is the price now for 9 marla or 5 marla if they have gone down or up.

I can quote a deal here, 25x50, On 70feet road, front open. In 32 but it was about 8 months old.
