Asalam o alikum… is i-12 is ready for possession in next 2 years? Is it good for investment?

yes if you can hold your investment for 2-5 years than this I-12 can become a gold mine, but don’t do it for short term gains.

I-12-1, above bokra road streets that are level and cutting, mostly are 30x60, I-12/2 is also good but prices are higher compared to i-12/1, I-12/3 is also okay but its height is not as good as above mentioned areas, I-12/4 development is pending, its hight is best of all but due to slow development and legal issues i ll not recommend that.

A part of I-12/ 4 ( by PHA apartments)and I-12/1( full) was filled with garbage picked up from Islamabad . Be careful investing there.

if u have some money to hold up, go to DHA 5. the Isb. Express way is ready and in 10 minutes you can reach zero point. My recomendation, invest in DHA 5.
