Aoa. Need experts advice please. What are propoects of buying in c-14,c-15, c-16 sectors? Which of these is better?
Dear Salman,It CDA sectors which are may good for long term and depending MA margalla avenue better to stay away as you know CDA have bad record in development as we face I-12 and I-15 since long time if you like to invest then still I-14/16 are good for investment.

Thank you Nadeem Sahib.due to big size of plots in C sector I was thinking to buy there.if experts think buying in C sectors is not a good option then any other good option in 5m budget where plot size is bigger or chances of growth are very high.?
I did more search with property dealors & shortlisted 7 marla plots in I-12 and Gulberg. Please recommend between these. I-12 map is revised. will this have any impact?
There is steady to sharp increase in rates of Gilberg 7 marla plots in various block. I-12 my own favourite (due to location), is almost static since 3 years. If developed, I 12 has no match but no one earth can say with any degree of certainty. This will be only a political decision.
For investment, Gulberg is good option. Stay away from 5 marla AA block. Stay away from files. Go only with developed plots.
