I don’t think this price is justified in this price you can find a lot of good options.
Prices are justified as in neighbouring I 10 this is a rate of 5 marla plot. However for investment I 12 is better option for I 11 is better as location is very good.
Not Recommended, G-13 is a much better option in this price range.
Why is it not good? Is the plots in i-11 come with possession or not?

Please go and see the devolpement standards in I-11 is very poor. All streets are
damaged and CDA have issue of Afghan kachhi bastee. I will not recommend you to in any sector which has land or posession issues.
I-11 is good for invest. Land issue is only in i-11/1 and i-11/2 is clear , any one can get possession plot in i-11/2… Soon they are going to shift all plot i-11/1 along with PHA Flat and few are going to shift in i-11/2 by creating plot over there.
Bro check i-11 location its worst and dirty place u want to spend ur 65 lacks on kachi basti location ? u can get good location at this price
I-11 location is fine as near to developed sectors but surrounding encroachment is a big issue plus services are not there connecting roads are very pathetic u can find more options in this range like g 13 g 14 g 15 even i 9 i 10 try to adjust urself in those sectors already developed better then i 11
Cda develop roads in good quality when 60 TO 70 PERCENT of houses are constructed. If you want to construct this will be a good because of nearby nescom, nust and other institutions rental values will be high. As in I 10 rental value of 25x50 old house is 35 thousands per month. For long term investment consider I 12 , I 15 or B 17. For short term consider top city or G 14 un develop areas
Location is good, but due to poor service available I personally would not recommend it. Its not value for money for what you get!
Instead I would go for JKCHS - G-15, which location is just as good and services are intact with state of the art development.
@sheikh sb…R u sure that development of g-15 is state of the art…I have doubts regarding this statement of yours…I think you have not visited g-15 recently…
My self i visited yesterday in G-15 and i already mentioned my comments in some post. Sorry to say if you just see the roads condition of G-15.i would say G-15 streets conditions are worst than before when i visited in 2011.There are many good houses build in G-15 but devlopment standard too bad except the main entrance road which you can say ok. I seen same situation in G-14 and I-11.
No I haven’t been to G-15 lately but judging by your comments I shall visit it soon to find out whats going on. I don’t think the management would do anything anytime soon as elections are round the corner anyway.
I personally think this all G-15 management fault. They are not willing to do anything for this sector. Location wise G-15 is best sector in ZONE-2 in my opinion in terms of facilities.
G 15 standards are normal not outstanding sheikh sahab. But it will improve after some time however better then g 13 g 14
But Ibrahim sahab… The main roads are wider in G-13 as compared to G-15 ?
Dear brother PK1 better then g 13 i already mentioned that services wise also better gas is available underground water is good but we cant compare development with f 10 or multi
