I-10/4 to pwd

Aoa everyone,

Brothers, i need your honest opinion regarding the step I wanted to take in few months or days. I've 5 marla house at i-10/4 whose value is around 170 lakh which I wanted to sale.

Then I want to buy a house of 10 marla at pwd whose price is around 110 to 125 lakh while want to invest rest of amount in b-17 or dha or i-14 -- 16.

I'll definitely do istikhara before taking any step because surely only Allah knows whats better for me.

But I just need your honest an experienced opinion regarding the issue. Thanks.

Dear Amir,

I think there is water issue in PWD.Better go to Bahria phase8 which is better for living 7Marla 11 to 13 million and remaining amount invest in Dha phase2 N or P block and other hand B-17 is also safe and bright future.It's my sincere opinion which you may like or may not.Allah is the best Planner and he knows what will be the best for us.
