I think its time to bit increase property value , last 8 month was cold , people if invested in bank other schemes might have heavy pockets now , a bit increasing twist need in Lahore market specially which did not even enjoy like Islamabad, Pindi, 8 month of correction phase and now 8 month of cold face is annoying for small to medium investor even they have holding power but they need a bit fruit. What you think guys?

Fahad, the slow down has impacted G-13 prices as well, otherwise, 8 malra should have been over 1.40 cror which is current G-11 price.
Isloo,i think this time the prices would reach a new benchmark.nothing is stopping the prices .one can check with dealers nd olx for ongoing prices
