Before buying any property in any private housing society in punjab, how can verify that the particular society is approved from govt or any concerned department???
Sir check the website of the respective Development Authorities. Most of the Authorities have a list of approved and non-approved or illegal societies/schemes on theor website and also publised from time to time in news papers.
for example CDA for ISB, RDA for RWP. As a simple rule, any society that has an approval will Highlight their NOC on every single promotional space - brochure, website, posts, etc.
