if ur membership is one year older then u can be a candidate of foechs simply they will announce date of submission of docs u can check this date from foechs office
Thankyou very much for the reply Syed Ibrahim.. In the last FECHS elections there were panels standing in elections rather than individual candidates. How is that done? Can you please guide me a bit.
