1) evaluate and sell it?
2) divide it into 2 x 500 sq yard plots to sell as a plot?
3) divide it into 2 x 500 sq yard plots built new 2 stories house and than sell it?
4) sell 4 units separately as a portion?
The house is old build 1976 maintained ok.
