Are you allowed to have a bigger lawn on a 1 kanal plot in phase 8. So having a strip of 15x 90 foot as a lawn and building on the rest obviously leaving space at the other side, back and front.

Yes Mr. Ayaz you are allowed to do so. It depends on you totally that how much covered area of Construction you require. According to By Laws you just have to fullfill the requirment of leaving the minimum area(which is much lesser than you want), so it is not an issue at all.
