I want to buy a house in bhara kaho. How is the living there. What are the rates. And what is the future of bhara kaho as islamabad is expanding. Is my decision to buy home better there.
Well, i won't call it a wise decision, rates are exaggerated plus don't consider it Islamabad.
Policing and law situation is not good in proper Islamabad but it is far better than Bara Koh, due to literacy rate.
Re-think, there are many better options than Bara Koh, PWD, O-9, I-10 and many more.
Not at all an appropriate place to live, environment is similar to dhoka ratta, dhoke chaudrian of rawalpindi. If you have some other option in Zone 2 or Zone 5, then don’t even think of Barakahu. Bringing up your children in Bharakahu environment is like deliberately compromising their future prospects.
