I have purchased a 233 yards house in Block-H (A-category). It has been transferred to my name from KDA.
Now to avail a loan from bank, i have been told that it must be leased.
Please tell me why it is necessary to get it leased to avail loan.
What is the process and approximate cost (including govt. fees plus other charges)?
