After having few unsuccessful posts previously i really look forward to few replies to my questions!
I have observed that phase 9 dha lahore still has a long time to go due to other phases still need more work and attention , this temporary price hike is due to few investors buying selling files like stock market result in temporary increase/decline in price.
What i have noticed is few forgotten projects such as dha rahbar which has far many plots on ground and as well as dha halloki gardens which not only have plots on ground but possession given to them already.
If we think out of the box and forget phase 9 for instance what are your takes on dha rahbar and dha halloki gardens? Where 8 marla is just under 3.5 million.
Ps: lahorerealestate people are the one who encourage people about phase 9 for their own very interest.
Totally agree. After DR and LRR announcement , this area of lahore will be considered most easily commuted and well establish for coming many decades.
