Can someone please recommend a property project for investment purposes? Some projects with an easy payment plan, like monthly 10-15k instalment? It can be anywhere in Pakistan but should offer strong future prospects?
I know this budget sound puny but I have heard a lot of people asking me about it!
i think taj residenica 3.5 marla files seems a good option, other may be Islamabad model town, New city phase 2, good thing about new city phase 2 is they give you instant possession as soon as you deposit 50% of payment. they have all the lands and most of it is already developed.
@nice.isb I ll check out this New City Phase II… can you tell me what are the instalment rates? How much is a 5-marla plot there?
I do not think model town is secure as its owner was killed and they have on going dispute with PVC admin and locals of the area.
Taj Residencia is a good investment - the pakistan package file

He’s a real estate tycoon just like Malik Riaz. Change of govts won’t effect the project as they don’t have much legal issues.
Even the govt funded public welfare projects like ring road, margalla avenue, metro bus, golra mor bypass etc, were designed by previous government but change in government could, at most, delay the projects.

Check Advice Associates in phase-8 as they are offering houses on the installments but house construction pace as per your schedule…
You may defer your installments, Allah Forbid, in any contingency…house handover will be delayed then if you are not able to sustain your commitment but your paid money will be safe.

right now this project is under govt umbrella after govt no one knows
