Well, market will remain stable till June 2014, as per my reading.
Good investment options rite now in the market are,
Multi Orchards Farm Houses,
DHA Valley,
Jammu and Kashmir Zone 5,
Multi park is not on the cards, so is Faisal Town Phase 2,
MPCHS Orchards farm houses are way better than Naval farms.
Enclave 1 prices are coming down, no need to invest in there.

Prices in Enclave-I possession area have not declined, they are stable, some how increasing.
Sector C and C-1 are stable and some how decreasing.
Prices have decreased a bit in old booking non-possession area.
Multi Orchard and Residencia is good investment option.
DHA Valley not recommended, due to very long term investment option
Yes, FT Phase II and Multi Park is on the cards....

Bahria project on Murree road is Bahria Golf. It is very scenic, beautiful place to live in but very expensive. Don’t know the current prices but it is already in possession and you can buy developed plot/villa.
Golf City is very expensive project and elite class project...
I think it will be difficult to find buyers for that when some one wants to sell that.

Well as per my understanding BE 1 is depreciating, no buyers for 5,8 marla plots, prices in C block are also coming down, no NOC announced up till now.
Orchards is the best option available for farm houses.
Golf City has no NOC and very expensive as you said so.
I aggree DHA valley is a very long term investment opportunity.
Bhaion… Is Multi Park supposed to be a farm house project? Or will they have small residential plots also?
Rate wise and investment wise bahria enclave is slow right now but for future residence in above mentioned schemes only possible place will be bahria enclave 1 in next 2 years

Sir how come u came to this conclusion of only possible place in next 2 years will be BE1 ?
First of all Bahria all focusing on Karachi and Sindh at the moment so development will be ON/OFF time to time. Might be to get some attention and for investors interest they put in some machinery on site "LOLLY POP", impress the audience and goes OFF again for sometime.
Primary focus will be KHI and sindh sir as Zardari has close ties with MR and he has not to worry of too many things over there.
RWP/ISB bahria is facing many issues of NOC and hurdles political.
So for living places who will populate more quickly is Zone - 2.
