If you can buy a plot of 2.5 marla around 20 lakh in johar view phase 2 which is located near e1 johar town and construct your own building that might be a very good investment because a double road is still due project of lda which is located rright next to this society . As soon as the road is constructed the rates will match the rates of johar town
