Could anybody tell me which society is better to buy a house with a range 80-90 lac with min accommodation 6 Marla and double storey so to rent one story?
I’ll recommend you Air port housing society sector 1 an excellent place to live.
Police Foundation and PWD both are good.
PWD.
What is your criteria for better? Visit all these societies and decide which is better according to your criteria.
I agree with Nasir. PWD would be good investment for renting out due to better local amenities. Affordable housing.

Thank You Sheikh Abdul Bhai, I am also selling my house in PWD, it was rented out for an year and now i have renovated it, new paint, each and everything, i am asking 95. I am living in Islamabad, it is tough for me to go and show my house to people who are interested in buying and not all of them are serious buyers so i get irritated at times by long driving and silly people, what do you suggest me, i mean the best possible way to sell it, is keeping a watchman would be a good idea or an over head cost ?
For living purpose even access wise and location wise PWD and o-9 are better option
PWD is better choice. Because it is more nearer to Highway. I PWD the location more nearer to highway is good.

Rates vary in PWD from 85-110 Lac. It depends on location plus construction quality, fitting and fixtures, i have recently done a survey in PWD, as i am selling my 10 marla house in C block, Street No.38. It is 3 yrs old construction, was on rent from past 2 years, and now i have renovated it like all paint work, fitting fixtures, and touch ups by plumber electrician, marble refresh and i am asking 95 lacs for it. I want to shift my investment to G-13, Islamabad. If anybody interested in buying my house, can reach me anytime. Thanks

It depends which location interests you, and you don't need a lawyer for this. You should survey the market first of all. Area near to main bulleward and commercial, park and masjid on walking distance is a good location. You should survey the market, keep up to date with the class adds in Daily Jang, The News and Express News. Rates of a 10 marla house in PWD ranges from 90-110, depending on construction quality, year of construction, location and fittings installed. I am also selling my 10 marla house in PWD, Block C, Street No.38, it is a 3 yrs old construction, was on rent from last 2 years, now i have renovated, paint work, electric and plumbing work and front warnish refresehed plus Marble refreshed by cutting, now selling it. I am asking 95 lacs for it.
Having a watchman there fore showing it to interested parties is a good option.
As you will come across a variety of people who will just visit for the sake of visit and to get an idea about the area.

Also Mr. Nadeem if u can tell me some detail of ur property where is its location truly I do not know where is this town if u could explain the near location also if the price and pics u could send me on e-mail. Thanks. I also like g-13 but its out of my range the house 25x40 is toooo small for my budget.
Another option is you can get 30*60 house in G-15 around 10 Millions.
