I want to purchase a house using the Islamic Home Financing facility from a bank. My budget is very tight including bank finance, which is 4-5 million. What area in Rawalpindi/Isb would be considered safe and good for residence under this budget. It could be an apartment though. But I want a good place and educated neighborhoods.
Professional help would be highly appreciated.

You can have a look at the PHA appartments in G Sectors in this range...
It will be difficult to find home in this range in any decent society or sector.

Thank you mr.khan . I was also considering pha apartment but i believe they have different types in different sectors. Which type is best among all and price idea, if you have? I can also consider a 4-5 marla plot and to build a single story. Is there any possibility in G,I sectors or any other. I want to buy with in a month start construction right away.

There are different categories based on the number of Beds..
Like A, B, C, D, E etc...
Prices varies based on the size....Location, floor etc...
G-11 are old and G-13 are newly built...
I don't think dat u will be able to get even a plot in I and G sectors in this range...
25x40 in G-13 is around 60 lacs...
25x40 double storey old house in I-10 is around 70 lacs...
Some PHA flats are also available in I-11 at good rate, but I think it will not satisfy ur requirements of decent facilities and neighbourhood...

Mr. Kashif, while you are looking at various options please also consider buying a 30x60 plot in cabinet society (ranging from 22 - 25 lacs) and you can build a decent single storey 2-bed/drawing/living room and a porch in 22-25 lacs. About 20 houses are built there and already a few families have moved there. In my view, this is the only place where you can build a house within your budget; or else you may have to go for a flat as advised by Mr. Khan. Flat options are also available in G-15 (A & B type). Cabinet society E-16/E-17 is in Zone 2, located on GT road about 2 KM from Tarnol phatak. I don’t know much about the other sectors you have mentioned.
