Can anybody just guide me how safe or legal is to buy a house portion in karachi particularly in gulistan-e-johar? As per the info, you only receive a sub-lease in your name but i am quite uncertain whether this sub-lease does have any legal worth and if there is any chance of fraud/fake element involved?
