I want to sell my house in DHA Phase 1, Sector C, orchard area, its on one Kanal and well built with modern features, like two story, 6 beds , 7 bath two kitchens, Up and down separate units or can be combined. Servant quarters, Upgrade fixtures. I tried to sell it for some time now and still no buyers for a reasonable price or 155 lacks. Anybody has any suggestions?
Also if I rent it out as separate units, what would be an attractive Rent for each unit?
