I would like to ask about this new fad of 5 star hotels. Every new housing scheme coming up in islamabad seems to be having plans for a 5 star hotel. From golf city to gulberg, even top city is allegedly having a plot for a 5 star hotel and on this sunday, multi published an advert for auctioning a plot for establishing a 5 star hotel in b-17 (imagine that!). How many 5 star hotels are there going to be in islamabad? I mean what's the advantage of having a 5 star in every housing scheme?
I also seriously doubt there are enough 5 star hotel chains around the world to cater to all our housing projects. We may need to come up with our own brands soon.
