Aoa i live elsewhere but i very frequently visit islamabad. All my siblings are here plus a little business. I want a holiday house here so i am planning to go for one kanal plot in d 12 . How is d 12 and which is the best sub sector here.
Also what’s your opinion about 10 marla f 11 plot vs 1 kanal d 12 for temporary frequent visits.

Zahid Sir depends upon the phase in which u have invested.Would u apprise me about the details of your investment.If u are in phase 2,then IA,this figure is very much achieveable in my opinion.Rest Allah knows the best.
Right now , I don’t have any investment in DHA Islamabad but considering to have, that’s why was asking for price .
During my last visit to Islamabad, I visited phase five ( quick tour , just few minutes) and found location really nice.
