What is the potential of d-18 (awt) , 2-5 years down. I know that motorway exit made the prices jump high, but distance is still an issue. Even though they have zero fee for map approvals etc, still i don't see any home being constructed.
My plot is in d block , which is probably closet to the exit and is on a double road.
I am asking the question , because i need some money , i have few options
1) take a loan (for 2 years) with interest (and i don't really like interest).
2) sell awt 10 marla plot in d block
3) sell b10 10 marla plot in c block
I visited both awt and mpchs(b-17) in june and found mpchs to be more populated. However i like the motorway exist of d-18 . B-17 prices are gradually going up , and have a positive outlook. D-18 however is almost at a stand still , so need expert advise on d18 (awt) future
