Why are prices too much high in G-14/1,2,3? These sub-sectors are not developed yet. Is their development going to start soon?
Sir prices are also high in E-12 and there is no development there as well… Just the game of investors.
Thank you saadi for your reply. Do you think that G-14 is no where in the scene of development in the near future.? BTW, G-14/1,2 ,3 is recommended for investment in another post under the heading of 80 millions-investment-options.

Development of G-14/ 2 and 3 is ongoing but at slow pace. Price are going up every day. It seems that by the time development is complete, prices in G-14 will cross the adjacent G-13.

Thank you Malik Majid for this update. Perhaps thats why prices in 2&3 are higher than g-14/1. What about the development of g-14/1? Is it expected in-lined with 2 & 3 or it has some issues?
No chances of development in G-13 and G-14 up till now. The residents don’t even have the basic facilities like Gas connections and water supply which is an irk for the residents living there, Pity CDA
