Assalamo a laikum. I hope everyone is doing fine.
I am looking for a house in islamabad especially in the g-9, g-10, g-11, i-8 area. I have been on the look out since an while not but could not hunt down a deal - dealers here now have enough money to buy houses and are no more interested in commission - and be it an old worn out demolish able house in a small street or a corner house in a bug street in a better condition, their demand remains the same.
Can any one help me buying something at a good price, because for. E.G. I checked a house, dealers demanded 350, but it was sold in 280 - i do not have the stick to bring down the price or maybe i do not know the trick to bring down the price from their un-usual demands, so i need your help.
My requirement is a 40*80 to 1 kanal old house - not looking for something new. My contact number is 0345-5900145.
Kindly note i could not find anything on the listings, as again they are asking around 30-50 lac above the price the houses are being sold and i am unable to bring them down.
